Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery by The Courier Guy usually takes about 5–8 business days from dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of R1,000 or more. Orders under R1,000 pay a flat R120 for tracked delivery with The Courier Guy. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your Courier Guy tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on our Track order page.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
