Our most premium pillow. The Contour Pro is made with 60D high-density memory foam, about 1.35 kg of it, for support that stays firm and keeps its shape night after night.
- 60D high-density memory foam: medium-firm, slow-rebound foam (3–5 seconds) that moulds to your head and neck, then springs back.
- 4-point support: neck curve, head cradle, side-sleeper wings and arm rests on both sides.
- Two heights (8 cm and 10 cm): turn it 180° to choose the height that suits your build and sleeping position.
- Two covers: a smooth, stretchy, pilling-resistant outer cover (75% nylon, 25% spandex) with an invisible zip, plus a non-removable inner dust-blocking cover.
- Hypoallergenic foam: tightly packed memory foam leaves fewer gaps for dust than feather pillows.
- Carry bag included: handy for travel or storage.

Replacements
If your pillow arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. See our refund policy.
Care
Unzip the outer cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Don't wash or tumble dry the foam. Air the pillow now and then to keep it fresh. When it first arrives, give it up to 24 hours to return to full shape.

Which pillow should I buy?
Both have the same butterfly contour. The Contour Pillow (from R749) is our everyday pillow with quilted memory foam. The Contour Pro (from R1,499) is our most premium pillow: 60D high-density memory foam (about 1.35 kg), a smooth cooling-touch outer cover plus an inner dust cover, and a carry bag.
Which side should I sleep on?
Turn the pillow to choose the height. The lower side usually suits back sleepers and smaller frames. The higher side usually suits side sleepers and broader shoulders. Your head should stay level with your spine.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered by The Courier Guy in about 5–8 business days, anywhere in South Africa. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over R1,000, so any 2-pack, 3-pack or Contour Pro ships free. For smaller orders the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

It feels different from my old pillow. Is that normal?
Yes. A contour pillow holds your neck in a different position, so most people need a few nights (sometimes up to two weeks) to get used to it.
My pillow arrived flat. What do I do?
It’s vacuum-packed for delivery. Take it out of the packaging and give it up to 24 hours to return to full shape.
Can I wash it?
Yes, the outer cover unzips and can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle. Don’t wash the foam itself.
How do I pay?
